Share your enthusiasm and knowledge of bees and beekeeping! Our club mission is to educate and share our knowledge of bees, beekeeping, and supporting pollinators. GBA is proud to be invited to events and educational opportunities. Below are upcoming educational events. Please consider volunteering at our booth! Don’t worry if you’re new to this – your enthusiasm for beekeeping is all you need.

Santa Cruz County Fair
The Santa Cruz County Fair is a fantastic event, and GBA has a large booth in the “Bug Barn”. We can use your help! Please volunteer to help at the Fair. It’s a fun time… lots of kids and families visit, and our booth is the star of the Bug Barn. We will have two observation hives, which everyone loves. Help visitors find the queen! Please volunteer. Held at the Santa Cruz County Fairgrounds in Watsonville.
