Share your enthusiasm and knowledge of bees and beekeeping! Our club mission is to educate and share our knowledge of bees, beekeeping, and supporting pollinators. GBA is proud to be invited to events and educational opportunities. Below are upcoming educational events. Please consider volunteering at our booth! Don’t worry if you’re new to this – your enthusiasm for beekeeping is all you need.

Coe Park Ranch Day

Bring the family and learn about Ranch Life and the Ranch Animals. There will be all kinds of animals to see and pet including horses big and small. Wander through exhibits and see what life was like on the ranch. There will be lots of crafts for the kids too.Farm animals may include sheep, chickens, large and small horses, rabbits and turkeys. A very fun event. Lots of families. The kids LOVE the demonstration hive. Expect a warm day. We will have a pop up to provide some shade. Coe Park Tarantula Festival

Come to the Coe Park Tarantula Fest and rub elbows (so to speak) with some of our fuzzy, friendly eight-legged guests of honor. The event is held at the headquarters campground, which has breathtaking views across the ridges and canyons of the backcountry. A very fun event. Lots of families. The kids LOVE the demonstration hive. Expect a warm day. We will have a pop up to provide some shade. Held at the Coe Park Visitor Center at the end of Dunne Avenue.
